A goshuin-cho is the accordion book travelers in Japan carry to collect stamps and calligraphy at shrines and temples. It also makes a beautiful travel journal or sketchbook. Finished by craftsmen in Kyoto.
- Size: approx. 18 × 12 × 1.5 cm (7.1 × 4.7 × 0.6 in)
- Pages: accordion fold, 24 panels of hosho paper
- Cover: hand-dyed washi
- Made in Kyoto, Japan
The washi is dyed by hand in Kyoto, one sheet at a time, so you may see slight unevenness in color or a tiny white spot. It is part of the character of hand-dyed paper.
