Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at nishida@fuwaco.jp within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping fee and import duties are not refunded. Once we receive the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 days.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Hand-dyed washi and fabric vary slightly in color and pattern from piece to piece. This is a feature of the material, not a fault.
