fuwastore.com is operated by Fuwa Company Co., Ltd. (株式会社風和カンパニー), Himeji, Hyogo, Japan ("we", "us"). By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. We ship to addresses in the United States only. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping, duties and taxes

Orders ship from Japan with tracking. US import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Products

Our washi and fabric are dyed by hand. Color and pattern placement vary slightly from piece to piece and may look a little different from the photos. This is a feature of the material, not a defect.

Gift messages

If you add a gift message, we include it with the order as written. Please do not include personal information you do not want the recipient to see.

Content

Photos, text and pattern designs on this site belong to Fuwa Company or its partners and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.
