Shipping policy

All orders ship from Himeji, Japan by EMS (Japan Post Express Mail Service), fully tracked. We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping cost: a flat $12 per order. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Duties and taxes: US import duties are calculated and paid at checkout. There is nothing more to pay when your parcel arrives.

Delivery time: orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Gifts: gift sets come in a gift box or gift bag with a small card explaining the pattern and its wish. We never put a receipt or price inside the parcel. As required by customs, the value of the goods is shown on the shipping label outside.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us unclaimed, we refund the item price minus the shipping costs incurred.
